Chris Cox is a co-founder and managing partner of Population Health Partners.
Chris has been a corporate attorney for over 25 years, most recently at Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP, which he joined as a partner in January 2012 and where he served as co-chair of the global corporate group and a member of the firm’s management committee until February 2016. From February 2016 to March 2019, Chris was Executive Vice President and Chief Corporate Development Officer of The Medicines Company.
Chris specializes in structuring, negotiating and executing complex M&A transactions, joint ventures, restructurings, spinoffs, and debt and equity financings across a broad range of industries. He has been recognized as one of the leading M&A attorneys in the US, having represented clients in over $200 billion of M&A transactions and related financings over the course of his career.
Chris has a B.S. and J.D. from the University of Missouri.
